There are two different types of OfficeStatus upgrades: version upgrades, and license
size upgrades. Each of these is explained in detail below.
Version Upgrades
Upgrades within the same major product version number (e.g. from 1.0 to 1.5) are free. In such cases, you
need only download the latest version of OfficeStatus and install it. To ensure a seamless upgrade installation,

If you would like to upgrade to a new major version (e.g. from 1.0 to 2.0), please contact us at
sales@keymetricsoft.com for a quote.
License Size Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from your current license size to a larger license size (e.g. from
25 users to 50 users), you need only pay the difference between the two license prices.

When you upgrade from one license size to another, you will receive a new product registration key
that you can enter into the software. No product installation changes are required.
